Associate Professor - Service Chief of Cornea and External Diseases
The Service Chief of Cornea and External Diseases will provide oversite and leadership across the clinical, educational and research missions. This position will be responsible for managing several employees, and the incumbent will lead the staff and strategic planning for the section, setting and executing goals to advance patient care and the reputation of Division and Department. This position will play a key role in the executive leadership within the department. This role will have a named Chair associated and will be provided a startup account for recruitment and development. In addition to base salary and benefits, all full-time faculty are eligible for the Department of Ophthalmology incentive plan. Key Responsibilities:
