The Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology serves as the voice of Academic Ophthalmology. Representing Chairs of departments and divisions of ophthalmology; directors of residency training programs, research, and medical student education; associate residency program directors; and senior administrators, we advocate the three missions of academic departments: research, education and patient care.
