The AUPO Annual Meeting room block at the host hotel, Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, is currently full. At this time, we do not anticipate that more rooms will be provided. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-out. All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival on the first night in the amount of $359 per room or $459 per suite on a major credit card. Amounts reflect room rate plus applicable 13% tax.
Group rates will be available for event attendees three (3) days prior to and three (3) days following the contracted room block, on a standard room availability basis. Check in time is 4:00 pm.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT POLICY:
Cancellation of individual reservations will be accepted, without penalty, up to seventy two (72) hours prior to the individual’s arrival date; cancellation after that time, as well as a guest’s failure to check-in (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of one-night’s room rate and tax.
All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival on the first night in the amount of $359.00 per room or $459.00 per suite on a major credit card.
