CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for partial refunds must be IN WRITING and received at the AUPO office by December 19, 2024. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative processing fee.

Alumni

Former AUPO members may register as alums without a Chair sponsor. Please submit a registration form.

Non-Members

Non-member Academic and Industry Professional Guests may register for the Annual Meeting; a Chair sponsor is required. Non-member Coordinators may register as non-members. All guests may register for the Educating the Educators meeting without sponsorship. Please submit a registration form.

Medical Students, Residents and Fellows that have been selected to present a paper or participate in a poster session at the Educating the Educators meeting (Wednesday), a paper for the Medical Education Paper Session (Thursday), a presentation at the Best of Journal of Academic Ophthalmology session (Thursday), or the Resident and Fellow Research Forum (Friday) may register for the meeting. A registration form will be sent to those that are eligible to register.
