The MCW Department of Ophthalmology is seeking an academically-oriented Uveitis specialist to join the faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  This is an open-rank, full-time position.

The position’s clinical activity is primarily undertaken at the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute; however, ophthalmology faculty members also provide clinical coverage at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center. 

Successful candidates should bring strong clinical abilities, well-refined interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to MCW’s academic missions.

Position Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology
  • Completion of a Uveitis or Medical Retina Fellowship program
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
  • An interest in clinical or basic science research is desirable and could be supported with start-up funds
