Vitreoretinal Specialist

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is a private, freestanding medical school dedicated to leadership and excellence in advancing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease and injury through Education, Discovery, Patient Care, and Community Engagement.

The MCW Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences is seeking an academically-oriented vitreoretinal specialist to join its full-time faculty.  This appointment would be an open-rank, full-time position in MCW’s traditional-track or clinician-educator track (both tracks are tenure-eligible).  The position entails clinical activity at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute, the Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center, and at one or more satellite clinics.  An interest in clinical or basic science research is desirable and could be supported with start-up funds.  The anticipated start date is on or about July 1, 2019.
