Research - Assistant Professor or Associate Professor

The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, Yale School of Medicine, is inviting applications for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.  The rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s credentials.  Successful candidates will join an innovative program that offers a highly collaborative environment for both basic and translational vision research and builds on Yale’s inter-departmental strengths in neuroscience, molecular genetics, stem cell biology and vascular biology.  We are seeking outstanding scientists and clinician scientists with a Ph.D. and/or M.D., who have a track record of accomplishment and a cutting-edge research program in vision research.
