Pediatric Ophthalmologist

The Department of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York-Presbyterian Hospital is searching for a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained specialist in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.  Individuals must be eligible for licensure in New York.  

The Department has multiple locations with pediatric ophthalmology services offered in all locations.  The main facility is housed in an elegant, state-of-the-art 22,000 sq. ft. facility within the Weill Greenberg Center for Ambulatory Care, and the program includes ACGME-accredited residency programs in ophthalmology, with a diverse patient population. In addition, the Department has a suite of offices in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn in association with NY Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital and NY Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist expansions. The candidate will practice in all or several of these locations based on Departmental need and expansion.  The program includes ACGME-accredited residency programs in ophthalmology, with a diverse patient population. The Ophthalmology Department's Dyson Research Laboratory contains an additional 11,000 sq. ft. of bench laboratory space, and the adjacent facilities of New York-Presbyterian and affiliated institutions provide an unmatched opportunity for patient access, research collaborations, facilities, and training.
