Oculoplastics Division – Full-time Faculty Appointment

Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a dynamic, forward-looking ophthalmologist to join the Oculoplastics Division of the Department of Ophthalmology-Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute. Responsibilities include participation in the faculty practice of the Department of Ophthalmology, the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, and other educational and research activities. A track record of proven positive interactions with residents and fellows is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be appointed to the full-time faculty at Columbia University Department of Ophthalmology at the Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute with privileges at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Candidates should have a commitment to excellence in patient care and interest in basic science or clinical research. 

Requirements: License (or eligible) to practice medicine in New York; Board Certification or Eligibility (ABO); Fellowship training in oculoplastics.

Academic rank and salary commensurate with experience.
