The Department of Ophthalmology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a fellowship-trained Medical Retina specialist to join our established practice. The department has a strong medical and surgical retina practice with aligned translational programs and clinical trials. There are 40 faculty members who cover all subspecialty areas of ophthalmology. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible. This position involves clinical care of patients primarily in Rochester with some outreach to nearby Mayo Clinic Health System community practices. There will be opportunity to participate in resident and fellow training, and candidates should ideally have an academic interest in clinical and/or laboratory research.  The Department of Ophthalmology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN provides services for more than 80,000 patients per year. Both inpatient and outpatient facilities are state-of-the-art and you will have access to leading-edge procedures and equipment.
