Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.80%) in effect at the time of check-out. All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival on the first night in the amount of $309 per room + $20 resort fee and applicable taxes on a major credit card.
Group rates will be available for event attendees three (3) days prior to and three (3) days following the contracted room block, on a standard room availability basis. Check in time is 4:00 pm.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT POLICY:
Cancellation of individual reservations will be accepted, without penalty, up to seventy two (72) hours prior to the individual’s arrival date; cancellation after that time, as well as a guest’s failure to check-in (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of one-night’s room rate and tax.
