The inaugural AUPO Academic Leadership Development program will debut in July 2020. Nominations are open through November 15, 2019. The purpose of this program is to identify individuals with the interest in and potential for leadership positions in academic ophthalmology.The program will provide orientation and skills that will assist program participants in succeeding in the academic ophthalmology leadership pathway. In addition, it will provide meaningful opportunities to network with current leaders in our field as well as with fellow rising stars selected to participate in this program.
