Job Description
Duke Eye Center Optometrist – New clinic site in Mebane, NC
Duke Eye Center is accepting applications for a full-time optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care within a multi-specialty ophthalmology setting. This role includes diagnosis and management of chronic and acute eye disease, as well as post-operative surgical care, delivered in collaboration with a highly skilled, team-oriented clinical staff.
This position offers a unique opportunity that includes the following:
- Help grow our patient base in our new Duke campus in Mebane
- 60,000 sf. expansion designed with both patients and providers in mind
- Over 15 specialties offered on the new campus, opening Fall 2026
- 100% clinical FTE role, 4.5-day work week
This role requirements:
- Active North Carolina optometry license
- Willingness and ability to travel between Duke Eye Center locations
