Registration for the AUPO 2027 Annual Meeting will open in fall 2026. Check back for updates.

AUPO Members must be current with dues to receive the member registration fee discount. Hotel reservations will be accepted after meeting registration is received.

Former AUPO Members may register as alumni at current member/affiliate rates without a Chair sponsor. Alumni registration is not available online; alumni must submit a completed PDF registration form to [email protected] for processing.

Coordinators must be current with dues to receive the member discount. If not current, please register as a non-member.

Non-Member Academic and Industry Professional Guests: Non-members may register for the Annual Meeting but must be sponsored by a pre-registered AUPO Chair (limit two guests per Chair). All guests may register for the Educating the Educators meeting without sponsorship. Non-member registration is not available online; non-members must submit a completed PDF registration form to [email protected] for processing.

Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows may register for the meeting if selected for an oral presentation or live poster presentation. Virtual poster presenters are not eligible for meeting attendance. A registration form will be sent to those who are eligible.

Personal Guests registration includes daily breakfast and breaks, the Thursday evening welcome reception, and the Friday evening reception and banquet. A separate banquet-only registration will not be available. Personal guests may be registered online when meeting attendees complete their own registration or submitted separately via PDF registration form. Note: Personal Guest registration is intended for spouses, family, and friends. Industry members or those planning to attend scientific and educational sessions must register as Professional Guests.

Payment

AUPO accepts Visa and MasterCard, as well as checks. Plan ahead with check requests to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for partial refunds must be submitted in writing and received at the AUPO office by the early bird deadline date. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative processing fee. There will be no refunds after the stated cancellation deadline.
