
Registration Information
Registration is currently open through December 18, 2025.
AUPO Members must be current with dues to receive the member/advance registration fee discount. Online registration is available to members only by logging into the AUPO website. Hotel reservations will be accepted after meeting registration is received.
Former AUPO Members may register as alumni at current member/affiliate rates without a Chair sponsor. Alumni registration not available online; alumni must send a completed PDF registration form to [email protected] for AUPO staff to process.
Coordinators must be current with dues to receive the member discount. If not, please register as non-members.
Non-Member Academic and Industry Professional Guests may register for the Annual Meeting but must be sponsored by a pre-registered AUPO Chair (limit two guests per Chair). All guests may register for the Educating the Educators meeting without sponsorship. Non-member registration not available online; non-members must send a completed PDF registration form to [email protected] for AUPO staff to process.
Medical Students, Residents and Fellows may register for the meeting if selected for an oral presentation or live poster presentation. Virtual posters are not eligible for meeting attendance. A registration form will be sent to those that are eligible to register.
Personal Guest registration includes daily breakfast and breaks, the Thursday evening welcome reception, as well as the Friday evening reception and banquet. A separate banquet-only registration will not be available. Personal guests can be registered online when meeting attendees complete their own registration or submitted separately with a PDF registration form. Please Note: Personal Guest registration includes spouses, family, and friends. Industry members or those planning to attend the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting must register as Professional Guests.

Payment: AUPO accepts Visa and MasterCard, as well as checks. Plan ahead with check requests to avoid delays.
Cancellation Policy: Requests for partial refunds must be IN WRITING and received at the AUPO office by December 18, 2025. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative processing fee.
