The AUPO 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, located at One Park Boulevard, San Diego, California. Situated along the scenic waterfront and steps from downtown attractions, the Hilton offers convenient access to the San Diego Convention Center, dining, and entertainment. Hotel Group Rates

AUPO has secured a group rate at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, available to attendees when registration payment has been processed. The housing reservation link will be included in the registration confirmation email.

Group rates will be available for event attendees three (3) days prior to and three (3) days following the contracted room block, on a standard room availability basis. Check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.80%) in effect at the time of check-out. All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival on the first night in the amount of $309 per room + $20 destination charge and applicable taxes on a major credit card. 

The $20 destination charge includes the following benefits: $15 Food and Beverage Credit (excluding tax & gratuity) – Valid only at hotel restaurants; premium WiFi; 1-hour bike or kayak rental; bike locker rental; transportation to Coronado Island and the beach; PressReader access; daily bottled water.

Individual Cancellation / Deposit Policy

Cancellation of individual reservations will be accepted, without penalty, up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the individual’s arrival date; cancellation after that time, as well as a guest’s failure to check in (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of one night’s room rate and tax.

Airport and Transportation Information

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center, and across the Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge from the Padres’ Petco Park and Downtown Gaslamp Quarter. Many of San Diego’s most exciting attractions are within walking distance of the hotel, including the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, home to fabulous shopping, dining, and nightlife. Taking the kids? San Diego offers a wealth of family-friendly attractions, including Legoland®, San Diego Zoo, and Birch Aquarium.

San Diego International-Lindbergh Field Airport is 3 miles from the hotel.

Parking

AUPO attendees staying at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront will receive a discounted rate of $35 for daily overnight self-parking.
