General Travel Policies

Group Room Rates

AUPO secures a group rate at the host hotel, available to attendees once registration payment has been processed. The housing reservation link is included in the registration confirmation email. Group rates are typically available for event attendees three (3) days before and three (3) days following the contracted room block, on a standard room availability basis.

Individual Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of individual hotel reservations will be accepted without penalty up to 72 hours before the individual's arrival date. Cancellations after that time, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of one night's room rate and applicable taxes.
