Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

The Mayo Clinic Department of Ophthalmology is seeking a board-certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team, offering an opportunity for professional advancement and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical and surgical proficiency, a strong dedication to collaborative teamwork and teaching, along with proactive involvement in research activities. Flexibility in managing a wide array of medical and surgical conditions is paramount.  The surgeon is expected to take hospital call, covering the emergency department ocular emergencies, and open globe repair for a non-level 1 trauma center. 

Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology 
• Assistant Professor rank or higher
