Research Faculty Positions, Ophthalmology

Indiana University School of Medicine

The Eugene and Marilyn Glick Eye Institute at the Indiana University School of Medicine invites applications for open-rank, tenure-track research faculty positions within the expanding Department of Ophthalmology. Qualified candidates will have a Ph.D., M.D., or M.D/Ph.D. and a minimum of three years of appropriate postdoctoral experience. Candidates will be expected to have a strong record of peer-reviewed publications and funding commensurate with their rank. The Glick Eye Institute is keen to further expand its basic, translational and clinical research programs, particularly in the areas of ocular neovascularization, neurodegeneration, and regenerative medicine, although outstanding candidates in other areas will also be considered. Successful candidates will be expected to establish and maintain an energetic, independent, and well-funded research program, and contribute to the educational, service, and/or clinical missions of the medical school. Faculty rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
