Neuro-ophthalmology Specialist - Open Rank Faculty

The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine is seeking applicants for a tenure-eligible faculty position specializing in Neuro-ophthalmology. The department currently serves as the ophthalmic referral center for central and western Virginia and parts of West Virginia, North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. The abundance of patient volume provides excellent opportunities for advancement in ophthalmology. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. 

Candidates must have an MD, be American Board of Ophthalmology certified or board-eligible, and have completed a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology. The incumbent must be committed to a career in academic medicine and interested in combining clinical practice with resident education and/or research.
