The University of Connecticut’s Division of Ophthalmology is inviting applicants with fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology to apply for an Assistant Professor position in our growing multispecialty practice. The division currently has a strong Neuro-Ophthalmology presence and the successful candidate will come in to a well-established practice.

The applicant should have a strong commitment to clinical excellence as well as an interest in teaching which includes medical students and non-ophthalmology residents. Research interest is preferred and there are opportunities to collaborate with investigators in the department as well as the on campus research institute Jackson Lab. For this position, both medical and surgical candidates will be considered.

The University campus is located in a beautiful suburban setting and has recently relocated to a state of the art suite in our newly constructed clinical tower. The practice includes satellite locations and there are many cultural and recreational experiences nearby. The successful individual will join the team of ophthalmologists interested in bringing expert care to our patients and positive growth to our practice.
