The Duke Eye Center of the Duke University Health System and the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina are accepting applications for a highly qualified, full-time neuro-ophthalmologist. Candidates must have successfully completed a fully accredited ophthalmology or neurology residency training program and be American Board of Ophthalmology or Neurology certified, followed by fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology.

This position requires excellent clinical acumen and adept surgical skills as well as a dedication to academic ophthalmology. The full time faculty member will be expected to build a busy adult neuro-ophthalmology practice, engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and be involved in clinical or basic science research activities. Post-fellowship work experience in adult neuro-ophthalmology is preferred but not required. Faculty rank will be determined by experience and credentials.
