Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our Department. The new associate will have the opportunity to practice truly "comprehensive" comprehensive ophthalmology and will help to grow the department's ophthalmic primary care effort by fostering ties to the primary and specialty care physicians at the main (Oakland) campus of UPMC in Pittsburgh. In addition, this faculty member will take an active role in the education of ophthalmology residents. Research opportunities are available.

Our department accepts six residents each year as well as fellows in each ophthalmic subspecialty. It is comprised of 29 clinical faculty and 17 basic scientists.
